After a day of big ideas and even bigger feelings, we brought it all back to the table, where hospitality speaks loudest, in bites and sips and second helpings.


Resy closed out The Welcome Conference 2025 the only way we know how: full plates, full glasses, and a room full of people who understand that flavor is a kind of storytelling too.

Pastis NYC set the scene. The conversations spilled past midnight and the night became one more reminder that hospitality doesn’t end with the last talk, it ends with the last bite.
 Because this industry isn’t just about serving food. It’s about feeding people. And sometimes, that happens best after hours.
